All legislative matters, the conduct and actions of government officials, and the enforced ordinances and laws which restrict human activity, should pass the three question test:
1.) Is it constitutional?
(Supports the constitutional republic)
2.) Is there a need?
(Do all the People have a need for and benefit from the proposed government intervention?)
3.) Is it affordable?
(Can the People afford it? Is the cost equal and uniform?)
To find out more about the three question test, please visit the North Texas Citizen Lobby’s website.

One of the Republican promises in the 1994 congressional campaign, included in the “Contract With America,” was to force Congress to live under the laws it imposes on everyone else. The Congressional Accountability Act followed, eliminating a number of major exemptions in the hope that lawmakers would be less likely to enact burdensome laws if they were personally affronted by them.
“As the reality of Obamacare sinks in on Congress, members and their staffs are looking for a way to get out of the health insurance exchanges mandated by the law. Politico, the Capitol Hill daily, reports that the obstacle for Democrats is that unless the insurance premiums of politicians and their aides are subsidized by their employers (that would be you and me, the taxpayers), they could be hit with thousands of dollars in new, out-of-pocket health care expenses.
What is Loudon’s “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress” All About? Trevor Loudon’s newly released book “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress” is like no other book written on American politics. The book is designed to expose, in layman’s terms, the comprehensive communist, socialist and extreme progressive infiltration of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate.
“The Enemies Within” profiles fourteen Senators and more than fifty Representatives and Their ties to Communist Party USA, Democratic Socialists of America, Workers World Party, and The Institute for Policy Studies, Council for a Livable World and other radical anti-American organizations.
Ever wondered why the US Congress has moved further and further left over your lifetime, even while much of the electorate has become more and more conservative? Why government regulation and taxes have exponentially increased, even though most Americans still oppose Big Government?
“The Enemies Within” is designed to show American voters exactly how modern communism works and how it impacts on your life, every single day. Just how do the communists win big on things like Obamacare and immigration “reform,” which go completely against the wishes of the American people?
“The Enemies Within” names names and takes no prisoners. If you want to know exactly who is tearing your country down, this is a MUST READ.
